Does your Advertising fall flat even when you do Everything Right?

Advertising is the lifeblood of any business, yet much of the advertising dollar is wasted. If you are in business, you no doubt have studied the manuals on preparing killer copy, on where to market and on how to track your ads. Or you may have spent out big bucks to hire a "professional" to do the job for you. You know that you have to advertise, yet you are not getting the results that you expected. Testing is always necessary. Changing a single word in the Heading can affect results. The list to which you send your ad, or the publication that you choose for placement can make a difference.

But if you are doing everything according to the book, and are still dead in the water, you may be off in your timing or your "perfect" ad may not be appropriate for the energies of your business.

With numerology we address both of these challenges. In a prior article we discussed the cycles of the business. If you put your message out to the world on a day that is withdrawn or too detail oriented, you will not get the response that you need. The feedback that I have received seems to indicate that the launch date of the ad campaign is the most important timing consideration. Even though your ad may be available and read over a period of time, consider publishing on a favorable day. If you are using a weekly or monthly publication look to the issue date. You may not be able to time the ad for the optimum number without unduly delaying your ad. Sometimes a compromise is required.
The product or service being advertised will also affect the best day on which to advertise. Each product has its own energy.

So you see that this product has a 1 energy. It is an innovative computer macro developed for and distributed by us. This is a product that requires marketing on a business-oriented day. Business numbers tend to suppress emotion and to take a practical approach. Therefore the advertising should be based upon the efficiency and cost savings as opposed to a sentimental approach.

You also should know the main numbers of your business name and start date for a full evaluation of your ad campaign. Your primary core numbers are derived from the total of the vowels, the totals of the consonants and the total of all the letters, plus the day of the start date, plus the total of the full start date in this format: mmddyyyy. (you will calculate 5 numbers)

A close match between the product number and the business numbers sets up a synergy. A conflict between these energies creates distrust. Your prospects will pick up the discord, even though they are not consciously aware. A distrustful prospect does not buy. Have you ever thought that a company name was perfect for the products that they sell? You have picked up the synergy. When you feel that the company name is inappropriate, you may be picking up an energy discord. If you control it, you may benefit by renaming the product.

We are dealing in subtleties that can give you an edge. You may have a product that is in conflict with the business energies that is doing quite well. Could a synergy of numbers help it to do better?

Just as the energy of the product can influence the nature of the advertising for that product, the energies of the business determine the effectiveness of your overall advertising strategy. If your business core numbers designate warm and caring energy, emphasize your service. If your numbers are all business, a caring emphasis will ring untrue.

2,6,9 creative and artistic – emotional – emphasize beauty, harmony and balance

3,6,9 care giving, compassionate – emotional – emphasize humanitarian or personal benefits and benefits to society

7 marches to the beat of a different drummer – suppressed emotion – emphasize problem-solving benefits

Advertising has so many variables that you may feel like just winging it and taking your chances. Sometimes you do get lucky, but more often you fail to get results.
