The Role of Intuition in Following the Numbers

It is my contention that by learning numerology you open yourself to the higher realm. You establish a conscious connection with the universal energies. You don't become psychic. You already are psychic. You can better tap into the power of this ability when you have a desire to use this power. The numbers bring that connection to your conscious awareness.

As you intensify your study of numerology, you begin to subconsciously follow the flow of your personal energies. You begin to intuitively make sound decisions. When I am working with clients, they consider the reading to be valid and accurate to the extent that the words match what they already know intuitively. If they have not already picked up what I am telling them, they will reject the reading. In most cases, the reading is a validation, rather than new insight. At times we need the permission of someone else to be able to accept the guidance of our intuition.

Most of us have been taught from our early years to obey our parents and other authority figures. This duty is so ingrained that as adults we still seek direction from outside ourselves.

We have been taught not to think well of ourselves and of our own accomplishments, so we crave this acknowledgement from others. When we rely on outside sources of validation we learn to discount our own sense. When you know your numbers, you will know where your strong points lie. You become less reluctant to pursue these talents, to the benefit of yourself, but also to the benefit of society.

So what is the value of spending the time and effort to learn numerology, when you intuitively are already following the path of the numbers? Why do you check a map when you are taking a trip. You intuitively know the direction. If you fine tune your intuition, you would probably be led to take the correct highway without the map, but there is a comfort in seeing the route spelled out for you.

When you build a new house, would you start construction without a blueprint? Intuitively, you know the basics of how the house should come together. You have been planning it and envisioning it for a while. Yet, when you are ready to actually bring it into being, you want to read the blueprints.

Your life is no different. You intuitively know your purpose and motivation. You know your general approach to your daily routine. But when it comes to putting your plan together, don't you want a blueprint?

Your business as a part of the totality of your life also needs the blueprint that numerology can provide. Many other disciplines can give you this same type of guidance. Formal education, business plans, career tapes, seminars, mentors, other metaphysical sciences and a long list of other helps, all give you guidance and information in your business decisions. These tools are all good, and should be used.

But if you want that extra edge, numerology gives you accurate and valid answers. The advantage of numerology over some of the other metaphysical disciplines is that you can easily read the information directly from the numbers. It is clear and precise.

So than, what is the role of intuition in relation to the numbers? When you become familiar enough with the meanings of the numbers, they become a part of your thinking. A quick check of the numbers and your intuition kicks in to flesh out the meaning. Growth comes from a full integration of all aspects of life.

When you know the numbers your intuition brings you to the right place at the right time for your best gain.
