Musings
Not everything is as it appears to be. You tend to relate a new
experience to past perceptions. Your mind processes the incoming
data and tries to make sense out of it. If you have no pegs with
which to categorize the present activity, you will see details
that are overlooked in the familiar setting.
You probably have a regular route that you take to work each
day. It becomes commonplace to your thinking. Only when
something is different will you likely become aware of your
surroundings. That is why I will sometimes suggest in the Daily
Numeroscopes that you look at your city or neighborhood as
though you had never been there before. You may be surprised at
what you observe. Someone living in one of the houses along your
route will have an entirely different view of the same area. You
are looking from the outside. A resident will see the subtle
changes. People move in and out. The kids go to college, the
in-laws come to be cared for. Each such event changes the
community.
Every such modification causes a subtle shifting of the energy
flow. As you pass by you may not notice the difference. If you
can be perceptive of these nuances you can detect the energy
shift before the physical changes take place. The physical
deterioration of a neighborhood is preceded by a perceptible
difference in the energy. A single person who maintains a
radiant view can often delay the deterioration, and may even
create the spark to keep the area stable. Notice how one person
maintaining or improving a property will encourage the neighbor
to spruce up his or her place.
If you start with the attitude that this is a deteriorating
neighborhood, you create a contagion that soon makes your view
the physical reality. If you put out thoughts of a pleasant
place to live you help to create that result.
Wherever in the world you may travel you will find that the
major cities are somewhat physically interchangeable. Although
each one has its local color and unique designs, you will find
the same chain restaurants and the same name bran d products. The
main difference that sets one city apart from another is the
attitude of its citizens. Each thought and each action of each
one of the residents and visitors creates the atmosphere of that
city. Millions of people may be contributing to the mix. It is
the collective energies of each moment that creates the
"city." Because most people are passive most of the time, if
you take an active lead to create your vision of your
neighborhood you will have a disproportionate influence. A very
small minority can sway the masses. Keep alert to your
possibilities.

A Bit of Philosophy
So -- do you want your life to "take off?" Begin at once to
imagine it the way you want it to be -- and move into that.
Check every thought, word, and action that does not fall into
harmony with that. Move away from those.
When you have a thought that is not in alignment with your
higher vision, change to a new thought, then and there. When you
say a thing that is out of alignment with your grandest idea,
make a note not to say something like that again. When you do a
thing that is misaligned with your best intention, decide to
make that the last time. And make it right with whomever was
involved if you can.

You Don't Always Need to Have the Answer Now
Although numerology can provide precise guidance in many of your
personal and business decisions, there will be times that the
answer to a quandary is not clear. It is at these times of doubt
and questionings that you develop your faith. Without the test
you would not know what was possible.
The cycles of the numbers provide for these uncertainties. Under
the 7 energy, you may feel as though you are in a fog. Nothing
seems to be quite right. It is a time of inner development as
you feel your way through it. Numerology does tell you when to
expect the light of certainty to shine again.
Your doubts may be increased under the 2 energy. Your
sensitivity to the thoughts of others makes criticism feel much
more personal. Even though you have an inner knowing, you may
doubt your own decisions and seek out an expert to guide you.
These times of introspection are built into the cycles of your
life to allow you the opportunity to evaluate the deeper meaning
of your life. Socrates said so long ago that the life which is
unexamined is not worth living. This examination is only likely
when you face uncertainty. Understand that uncertainty is built
into the cycle of our days and our years for just this purpose.
These periods of uncertainty also apply to your business. With
numerology you can know when to expect these times to arise. It
is well to avoid, if possible, making major changes during these
periods. By waiting until you have gained clarity you will
eliminate dead-ends and wasted effort. While going through an
introspective period just accept the muddled thoughts and
feelings as okay. Be patient with the process. Keep the faith
that the right answer will come at the right time.
Once the introspective energy has passed, you can successfully
go full steam ahead. If your business activity is not
coordinated with the personal cycles of the business, you will
fight against the natural flow. If you try to expand under a
passive energy you may succeed, but you make the job more
difficult. Likewise if you lay back while under an active
productive energy you lose the enhanced benefit that this
supportive energy brings.
The energies of your cycles are designed to carry you to
success. Don't fight it.
