Musings
Mercury went into retrograde and so did my computer set up. It
became necessary again to change web hosts. The complexity of my
programming to enable sending out numeroscopes to 9 separate
personal years in 4 distinct time blocks creates a distribution
challenge that not all hosts can handle.
On the latest change, it took 2 weeks to complete all the
necessary coordination. Sometimes it seems as though the
computer has a mind of its own. In the midst of this transfer my
mother died. She had been in a state of dementia for several
years. We did our grieving during the time that she was in
limbo. We really lost her some time ago. In many ways it was a
relief to release her from that stasis.
When it came time to leave for the trip north, the e-mail was
not working, I was getting an intermittent connection to the
internet and the Home page was not displaying properly. I
expected upon returning home that my first project would be to
trace the glitches. To my surprise, when I activated my computer
everything worked perfectly. I really have no explanation of why
the prior problems and what corrected them. I am just grateful
that I can again get back on schedule with this newsletter and
the Daily Numeroscopes. I hope that you missed me.

A Bit of Philosophy
We may have been taught, and therefore have believed that we
live at the mercy of others, or fate, or luck, or chance;
certainly that is what most people on this planet live by. But
once you start to see the Law of Attraction in operation, you
ultimately come to understand that there is no such thing as a
victim; never has been, never will be. There is no good luck,
bad luck, good fortune, or coincidence. There is no destiny,
fate, or providence. There is no big judge in the sky keeping
score on how right or wrong you've been. There is no karma from

Coordinating Good Business Practices with Numerology
You have been successful in business. You have your policies and
procedures in place and all seems to be working well. Success
seems to be inevitable as you follow your master plan. Then you
come to a standstill or you seem to have lost your touch. You
have several choices. You can revamp your plan; you can decide
that you had just been lucky and that your luck has run out; or
you can relax and ride out the slow period. How do you choose
your course of action?
If you are working in the dark, you could easily make a mistake
that sets you back. Knowing the cycles of your business helps
you to understand when to lay low and let your projects take
their course. What you have set in motion may well be working
under the surface of your awareness to re-emerge into your
consciousness at the appropriate timing. If you try to make your
success apparent during this germination phase, you could kill
the momentum that you have set into place.
The natural ebb and flow of the energies works in your favor if
you work with the rhythms of the business. Numerology gives you
a clear cut pattern. If you exert intense effort during a
passive energy, you will be worn out and discouraged when the
time for strong action arrives. If you fail to act during the
active energies, you will have sent out little to come back to
you during the passive flow. You first take the action, then you
wait for the results to return. When you fight the natural rhythm
you waste your energies in struggling against the current. Why
make the job harder than it needs to be?
If you are in tune with the cycles, but still feel that your
efforts are out of sync, you may need to look at the full chart
to be sure that your approach to the market suits the
established energies of the business. Some areas that can make a
real difference are in your advertising, office decor and
personnel placement. Advertising that does not match the numbers
will set up a subtle conflict that creates distrust in the minds
of your prospects. They will not buy if they are wary. By way of
example, if your business numbers are strongly money oriented,
you need to emphasize price and value. If your business numbers
are service oriented your successful a d will emphasize your
caring and customer orientation. Talking about your great prices
will create doubts. The numbers of some businesses have a balance
of the practical business energies and the caring creative
energies. This combination allows wider latitude in the
advertising.
The decor of the office or store must also fit the numbers. Some
numbers are formal and elegant. Other numbers are casual. Some
numbers cry out for a traditional look of stability. Other
numbers need a modern , cutting-edge look. The nature of your
business will determine which numbers are most desirable for
that business. You can make these choices when you are setting
up the business. If the business is already up and running you
may have difficulty bringing it into line with the ideal. By
knowing the expectation of the numbers you can better
accommodate these aspects.
You want a banking or investment firm to have the traditional
look of stability. Your customers want to feel that your
business is there for the long haul. If you are an innovative
computer programmer that same look could work against you. The
atmosphere may feel too stuffy.
Employees who are not a good match for the business numbers will
cause dissension and deteriorated morale. That employee may meet
all your criteria. He or she may have had outstanding success in
another position, but if there is a mismatch of the personal
numbers with the business numbers, that employee will begin to
feel uncomfortable and to find fault with your program. This
conflict has little to do with how likable the personality of
the employee, or how favorably inclined you are toward him. You
may be great friends, but not good business associates.
Numerology does not dictate your decisions, but it helps you to
make wiser choices.
