Lead, Follow or Ignore

The tactics promoted by internet marketing gurus may be
hazardous to your business health. You have seen them all. The
copycat ideas spread like wild fire. Viral marketing programs
draw from the pool of people who have devoted time and money in
every scheme that comes along. The results for most people are
abysmal. How many e-books can you read? How many new programs
can you install? How many Success stories are required to
motivate you?

You can spend many hours in trying to learn why everyone else
seems to be earning the big money doing the same program that
you are working. These same hours could be better spent in
actually doing the necessary work. The siren song of following
the gurus is that you can feel productive while wasting precious
time. After all you do need to learn what you are doing - right?
The question becomes when have you learned enough to take
action. A part of the answer is disclosed by your predominant
numbers. Each energy has a distinct approach that is effective.

#1 energy does himself a disservice by trying to copy the
masters. A certain amount of study is desirable, but ultimately
the 1 must rely upon his own innovative ideas. NO matter how
successful the guru, the 1 will fall flat on his face by
copying. He must bring in new methods.

#2 energy is uncertain and constantly seeks reinforcement from
"experts." The 2 works best in a supportive role. He is a
master at bringing people together and directing the
interactions from behind the scenes. This is not an
entrepreneurial number. The 2 needs to find a workable program
and to stick with it.

#3 energy loves to read, talk and persuade. The sales ability
inherent in the 3 would lend itself well to promoting affiliate
programs. The 3 often works off the cuff, so he would not do
well in a situation where he needs to put together the structure
of the business.

#4 energy is a hard working plodder. Rules and regulations take
on extreme importance. The 4 works best in an established
program that can be set up in a step-by-step plan. The success
of the 4 is often diminished by the desire to follow the plan no
matter what changes in circumstances may occur. He is slow to
accept innovation, often to his detriment.

#5 energy becomes easily bored. The 5 needs constant action and
change. He may often lack the stability to see a project to
conclusion. The 5 works best in cutting edge endeavors that he
can get started and turn over to underlings. There will be no
limit of opportunities and talents to a 5.

#6 energy is well-balanced between responsibility and
creativity. The 6 is effective in working with other people.

#7 energy is the mental worker. This energy lends itself well to
research and problem solving. Money is usually not a primary
concern for the 7. The 7 may often seem to disengage from
worldly pursuits.

#8 energy is the number of large projects. The 8 needs to be the
"boss." The projects that appeal to the 8 will likely require a
large organization. CEO is the appropriate designation for the
8.

#9 energy is the social conscience of society. Everything that
the 9 does should further the higher ideals. The ability to give
without thought of return makes the 9 an easy target for
unscrupulous businesses. He would rather be a patsy than to miss
the opportunity to help someone truly in need.

By considering the different approaches that each number brings
to the table, it is easy to see that trying to follow the
pattern of a guru with different or even conflicting energies
can spell disaster. Their "secrets" work for them because they
are suited to their energies.

Many people are lured to internet marketing by the promise of
large amounts of money for little or no effort. Just get with
the right program, follow the plan and rake in the dough. These
people give little thought to their own talents, abilities and
desires. The enticement of the money has them chasing rainbows.
Your successful business depends more upon who you are than upon
the programs to which you commit. Your first step should always
be an analysis of what is desirable for you. The program and the
methodology that stems from that evaluation will have a better
chance of success for you than the most sterling plan from the
guru.

Know who you are before you decide what to do. Numerology can
provide this type of evaluation. You will save countless hours
and a small fortune by a properly understanding how you operate.
