Your Business Balance Wheel
Business numerology charts do not differ markedly from a chart on a person. The
principles are the same. The meaning of the numbers remains constant. The
primary distinction is in the name. Often a business will use a single word. The
founding date may also be less precise.
This article discusses the balance number. The data has not yet been fully
tested in the business arena, so the conclusions may be premature. Perhaps your
business can help to validate the data.
The balance number tells us what approach to take to bring calm when there is
chaos. It would seem that this information is valuable for managers trying to
keep the workplace productive. This number is derived by converting the first
letter of each name and adding until we arrive at a single digit.
When a business has only a single name, the balance number would be the same as
the growth number. We have not done adequate research yet to determine the
effect of this correlation.
First try out the balance number on your own name. As an example my first
letters are DRH, or 4+9+8 = (21)3. What this means is that to bring calm to the
chaos I need to keep a smile on my face, communicate clearly and boost the
spirits of the workers.
From the business side, General Motors is GM, 7+4 = 11/2. GM needs to avoid
confrontation and use tact and diplomacy to ease the situation. Ford is F = 6.
Ford needs to take full responsibility and treat the workers like family.
Check out your own business using the following conversion table. Feel free to
