Musings:

Does it seem that all the world has gone mad? We are seeing events unfold that just a few short years ago would have left us incredulous. Now the outrageous has become common place. We become so jaded with unthinkable vitriol that the general reaction is ho-hum.

So what is going on? We are in a time of incredible change. The foundations of our society are being uprooted. There seems to be a total sense of instability. Age old principles no longer seem to apply.

For all this upheaval we are joyful and grateful. Why? Because each one of us must now recreate our world as we want it to be. As long as the society was stable and set, there was little allowance for our vision to become reality. Genesis tells us that it was out of chaos that the world was brought into existence. The old systems are holding on for dear life and its backers are fighting to retain the power and perks of the past.

To fight the corruption and despotism, the double dealing and lewdness, that are rampant in the world, is to remain bound to it. No matter which side of the issues you support, it is the same battle.

Our challenge is to separate ourselves from the fray; to create in our own minds the ideal vision. Then we must hold to that vision until it becomes the reality. This stance is extremely difficult as long as we allow ourselves to be mentally and emotionally affected by current conditions.

The drama that is US politics is often too fascinating to ignore. It draws us in. But the salvation of the world is not in the Halls of Congress or in the White House or even in the state capitals or county court houses. It is not in the United Nations or the capitals of Europe and Asia. It is not in the leadership of Australia or Africa. The salvation of the world is within you and within me. With each thought and action we are either creating Utopia or reinforcing the status quo. You can't have it both ways.

A Bit of Philosophy

I believe that man's noblest endowment is his capacity to change. In this he is divine. Armed with reason, he can see two sides and choose: he can be divinely wrong. I believe in man's right to be wrong. Out of this right he has built, laboriously and lovingly, something we reverently call democracy.

I Have Changed My Mind

Do you still think the same thoughts as you did last year? Last decade? Last lifetime?

There are some areas where consistency is a virtue. Questions of morality and ethics tend to have a static core. Traits such as honesty, caring and kindness seem to be timeless.

I often tell people who become caught up in discussion with me about my ideas not to believe a word that I say. When my thoughts resonate with you, you accept them and modify them. They then become your truth. But as each of us is a developing being, what may seem to be true today may not seem so valid tomorrow. Don't believe what I say, because tomorrow I may no longer believe it.

The core truths do not change. Natural law is invariable, but our understanding of these principles does expand. We are not left alone in this development. There are patterns of development that are picked up by many people simultaneously. At times the leap in understanding creates a major shift. The widespread knowledge of quantum physics is one such example.

Numerology has withstood the test of time. It does not depend upon your belief in it. The numbers designate energies of nature and disclose natural law. For this reason I feel very confident of my findings from the numbers.

It has been brought to my attention that a recent Kryon channeling discussed the relationship of DNA to the numbers. This suggested connection opens up a whole new area of research that will only further prove the validity of numbers in our lives. What an exciting breakthrough that could be.
