Musings:

I have been skeptical of using a pendulum to get a definitive answer to specific questions. It just seemed to me that the questioner would have in mind a desired answer, and then would either consciously or unconsciously manipulate the pendulum.

When Justin died earlier this year, he left a silver ring that he had made. This ring emits a very strong energy. My concern was whether this ring was left with me for my use, or if it should be returned to Phoenix to be placed with his ashes.

Through the pendulum, I was given very clear answers that this ring was for my use, that I should wear it for brief periods and that it would bring me luck. When I asked whether I would be given instruction on its use the yes answer was definite. I then asked if I needed to seek for this instruction and the answer was no.

I did not expect the results to be so clear and unambiguous. Did I manipulate the swing? I do not think so. I held it still. Usually the response was not immediate, but after a few seconds the movement gave the answer.

Valid or not, I found this experiment to be convincing. Have you used a pendulum? What has been your experience? I invite your responses.

A Bit of Philosophy

Too many people regard positive thinking as something that would cause us, after we were run over by a truck, to check and see that we didn't hurt the tires. Instead, we must bear this basic premise in mind at all times: We have absolutely nothing to apologize for.

Whether or not people like our attitude is their problem, not ours. Whether or not people like our ambition is their problem, not ours. No one has the right to drag us down or hold us back. When we permit others to do that to us, we permit them to limit our self-actualization as human beings.

Confessions of a Numerologist

I am not bound by the numbers. I work with numerology full time on a daily basis. It is a passionate part of my life - as natural as eating or sleeping. I see the significance in numbers that surround me. Numbers are a reference point for much of my planning, but I am not bound by them

The numbers do not make my decisions for me. They allow me to make better decisions in certain areas of my business. At times I may even go against the numbers - sometimes out of necessity and sometimes just to be contrary.

The advantage of being a numerologist instead of just consulting with a numerologist is that over a period of time one develops an intuitive sense of the cycles. A natural connection is made with the ebb and flow of life. Does that mean that I always consult the numbers to plan my day? No. But when events don't pan out, I go back and check my chart. Just like anyone else, I get this sinking feeling that I should have checked in advance. Many times, I just get busy and too involved to worry about the numbers. The errors made from this approach can add spice to life.

I do not believe that our actions and events are cut and dried. Earth is a dynamic learning plane. Wandering off on an unnumbered route can lead to adventures. At times, it is interesting to see where a certain aberrant path will lead.

Having admitted that I do not always pay conscious attention to the numbers, in certain aspects of business I am extremely careful to make decisions that are in tune with my chart and the chart of the business. These areas include choosing support and professional help, hiring and placing employees and advertising. I would not think of proceeding in these areas without consulting the numbers.

Numerology is a tool to make your job easier. How you use it determines its value for you.
