Terms of Agreement

This agreement is between Life Path Numerology Center, Inc. and its subsidiaries, Life Path Publishing House or Life Path Business Services, hereinafter referred to as Provider, and you, hereinafter referred to as the Affiliate.

General Terms:

Affiliate commission is paid by check in US dollars or through PayPal.com.

Commission payments shall be made monthly, by the 10th day of the month following, provided that the net payment shall be at least $25.00 USD. Commissions of less than  $25.00 USD shall be carried forward until the cumulative balance shall reach $25.00 USD. Any cancellations or refunds will result in a return of the commission paid on the refunded service.

This agreement in no way creates a partnership. The affiliate program provides a means of payment for services in generating Registrations for Professional Training between independent contractors.

Affiliate Shall have on-line access at all times to a secured site to obtain sales and commission data by providing user ID and password, which is provided by e-mail upon sign-up.

Affiliate shall in no manner represent that it is connected with Provider in any capacity other than as an independent Affiliate. Provider reserves the right to change the tuition price and/or to alter the rate of commission at any time by e-mail notice to Affiliate. There is no current plan for such change. Any credit accumulating after the change shall be at the new rate.

Provider Shall not be responsible for any technical failures that may result in the failure of user's click to register. If any such glitch should occur, provider shall take reasonable steps to determine the proper credit.

Affiliate shall not attempt to avoid commissions to its sponsor by double registration. Such activity shall result in cancellation of the affiliate status and a forfeiture of all unpaid commissions.

Any difficulties arising in receiving payment or cashing a check shall be submitted in writing by Affiliate to Provider within 30 days of the expected payment.

Affiliate shall be responsible for any tax liability incurred from commission payments received.

Provider reserves the right to terminate any affiliate without notice for sending unsolicited e-mail (spam, UCE) or for misrepresenting the product or affiliate program. If Affiliate is terminated for such reason(s), Affiliate shall forfeit any and all unpaid commissions and Provider shall have the right to seek monetary damages against the terminated Affiliate arising from such actions.

The set-up and operation of the subscription service is automated, and no valid sale of subscriptions by Affiliate will go unrecorded. A click through who does not complete the subscription process will not show in the Affiliate data record.

Affiliate understands that the written materials are copyrighted, and that any attempt to set up a distribution outside the authorized distribution channel is a violation of copyright and a violation of this agreement, and is subject to legal action. Any affiliate attempting to by-pass the authorized distribution shall be subject to termination without notice, and any unpaid commissions shall be forfeited.

Notification of any changes in the Affiliate program shall be sent by e-mail. Should an unsubscribe notice be given by Affiliate, Provider will consider that notice to be a  request for termination of the Affiliate status. In this event, any unpaid commissions shall be paid out immediately after confirmation that Affiliate wishes to terminate. Affiliate agrees not to use any predatory advertising methods in promoting Life Path products or services. Predatory advertising is defined as any method that creates or changes links or banners on web sites without the express permission of that web site owner.

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, USA.

I have read and agree to the terms and conditions as presented above and wish to become an Affiliate to market products and services of Life Path Numerology Center, Life Path Business Services and Life Path Publishing House.
