About once a day he will sit on my lap with full trust and expose his belly to
be rubbed, or he will sleep on my desk under the heat-producing incandescent
desk lamp.
In this world of turmoil, he is totally calm (except when I accidentally step on
him.) He knows that he will be taken care of.
You may consider that he is fearless because he doesn't know what is going on.
He lacks the imagination to create scenarios about which to worry. I wonder how
many of our worries are self-induced. Yes, there are legitimate concerns, but if
we start with the premise that there is a solution, we are likely to find it.
Use the worry energy to create a new paradigm.

Happenings and Events
Thanks to all of you who responded to my request for information for on-line
instruction. It appears that there is some interest in pursuing this
possibility. We will continue to explore the various delivery systems. Darlene
Sartore recommended the Orbitalk system, which seems to be the most economical
for all the features that we need.
It will be a while until this program is in place. I am still working on the
wrap up of other major work. Unfortunately, everything seems to take longer than
expected. I am thinking of doubling my time estimates in order to get finished
ahead of schedule.

Overcoming Fear in Business
If you have an entrepreneur's spirit you will often get outside your comfort
zone. The essence of having your own business is to be responsible for the
decisions that will make or break your endeavor. Fear arises from the
uncertainty of the outcome. Many of the most important business decisions are
made from a limited amount of information, with a crossed finger.
You obviously want valid projections on the success of an action. You will
research the market and create the best copy that you can conceive, or that you
can buy. You will try to time the action for the best tie-in with other events.
You will cost out the program for feasibility. You will do preliminary testing
before you roll out the full program.
When you have completed your investigation, you still may have doubts. If you
have a history of similar projects, you have a better idea of the result to
expect. But even past success does not guarantee present profit. Conditions
constantly change.
Numerology does not by-pass good business principles. It is an additional tool
to remove some of the uncertainty. It acts as a confirmation of your deepest
instincts. If your intuitive self is highly enough developed, and you are
willing to listen to your inner voice, you will gain the benefits of numerology
without needing the numbers. Few of us have this inner radar in adequate working
order. We get a hunch, a gut feeling, and we ignore it. Our logical brain takes
charge of the decision and meets unexpected snags. Do you ever get the feeling
that your inner voice says "I told you so!"
Until you reach that high estate, where your intuitive perception is accurate
and clear, numerology can help to bring knowledge to your decision making base.
When you are in a down turn, numerology can tell you whether this circumstance
is a temporary situation that requires patience for a short time, or if it is a
situation that needs immediate corrective action.
In the temporary situation, the process is still at work behind the scenes,
moving as it should for your ultimate best timing. Keep your hands off the
project. You will derail what is working.
When corrective action is needed, the numbers can tell you the nature of the
action to take and when that action will be most effective. Knowing what to do
erases fear.
This example can be extended to an advertising campaign, employee hiring,
promotion and placement, or a decision to expand the business. At times you may
need to divest a portion of your enterprise. You may be too diverse for the time
and budget available. The numbers can tell you whether to downsize or to add
staff, a decision that otherwise could keep you in a quandary for many months.
With numerology you can act when it is in your best interest, not when you are
forced by circumstances. The numbers can predict when these circumstances will
arise.
Stay a step ahead of the game by following the numbers. They are accurate and
clear.
